While we're each excited about our own unique lists, we're super looking forward to the few things we get to do together (like visit Rose in HAWAII next summer...)?!
They arrived late one Friday evening and brought with
them only small flats and high heel shoes, despite my winter warnings. We made a schedule for ourselves the night before, got up early to pack the Rav with overstuffed Vera Bradley bags, and headed to the studio. This was something new for each of us – I'd never shot with such extensive lighting and equipment. Claire was a perfect model (no surprise), and Rose was such a good stylist (shocker). We did the business stuff first -and then spent the last two hours playing dress up. We dressed up as our husbands, wore fancy hats, bright tights, big heels, and even brought out.... our wedding dresses. Silly, you say? Maybe a little, but admit it, you'd dress up with your girl friends in your favorite white dress given the chance, right?! Who wouldn't? You'll only get a sneak peak of the photos today – we'll release more as the adventure progresses! These are three of my favorites from the day.
